Overview
This Return & Refund Policy explains our position on returns and refunds for purchases made on shoptrumart.com, operated by GABADA LINKS (trading as TruMart). Different rules apply to physical products and digital products — please read the section that applies to your purchase.
Refunds
All sales are final and no refund will be issued, except where a refund is required by applicable Ghanaian consumer-protection law (for example, goods that are defective or not as described).
Physical Products
All purchases of physical products are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or buyer's remorse.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at support@shoptrumart.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and photos of the item. If confirmed, we will replace the item or issue a full refund, and we will cover any return shipping.
Nothing in this policy removes any right you may have under Ghanaian law where an item is faulty, damaged, or materially different from its description.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products (downloads, digital content, and access-based goods), all sales are final once the product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded. Digital purchases cannot be returned or refunded.
If you experience a technical problem accessing a digital product you have paid for, contact us at support@shoptrumart.com and we will work with you to resolve it.
How Refunds Are Processed
Where a refund is issued, it will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase and processed through Paystack, our payment processor. We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method or account. Please allow up to 7–14 business days for an approved refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
