Overview
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders placed on shoptrumart.com, operated by GABADA LINKS (trading as TruMart), are delivered — where we deliver, how long it takes, and how delivery fees work.
Physical and digital products are delivered differently. Please read the section that applies to your purchase.
Delivery Fees
The delivery fee is not included in your order total. Your TruMart payment covers the price of the item(s) only.
We book the courier for you, but we do not set or collect the delivery charge. The fee is agreed with the courier and paid directly to them — it never passes through TruMart and is not part of the amount you pay at checkout.
The fee depends on your location within Accra and on the courier's rates.
Digital products have no delivery fee at all — see the Digital Products section below.
Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver within Accra, Ghana only.
We hope to serve more of the country as we grow. If you are outside Accra and would like to order, please contact us before placing your order.
Delivery Timeframe
Orders are processed and dispatched the same day.
Within Accra, delivery typically completes the same day.
Dispatching your order the same day is the part we control. Final arrival time depends on the courier, your location, and when they are able to reach you — so the same-day arrival is what usually happens, not a guarantee we can make on the courier's behalf.
How Delivery Works
- You place your order and pay for your item(s) on shoptrumart.com.
- We take the delivery address from your order and book an independent courier for you.
- The courier collects your order and brings it to your address, contacting you to arrange drop-off.
- You pay the delivery fee directly to the courier.
We arrange the courier on your behalf so you don't have to. The courier is an independent provider rather than a TruMart employee, which is why the delivery fee is theirs to set and collect — see the Delivery Fees section above.
Digital Products
Digital products are not shipped and involve no courier and no delivery fee.
Once your payment is confirmed, your digital product is available immediately as a secure download from your order page. Sign in and open My Orders to download it.
Failed or Missed Deliveries
If the courier cannot reach you, or nobody is available at the drop-off point, they may need to reschedule. Any additional cost of a repeat attempt is settled with the courier on the same basis as the original fee.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, our Return & Refund Policy applies. Please contact us within the window set out in that policy.
